00:01:08 — KSU Feedlot Bootcamp and Interns: We kick off this Wednesday’s program with K-State faculty member in the Department of Animal Sciences and Industry, Karol Fike. Karol joins us to discuss a program that she has helped in facilitating in the last five years for students at K-State called the Feedlot Bootcamp. She shares that the program gives interested students the opportunity to network with and learn from feedlot professionals across the state, and she also gives tips on what to look for in a potential intern and why internships today are so important.
