Agriculture Today is a daily program featuring Kansas State University agricultural specialists and other experts examining ag issues facing Kansas and the nation. It is hosted by Eric Atkinson and distributed to radio stations throughout Kansas and as a daily podcast.

00:00:00 — Grain Market Update:  K-State grain market economist Dan O'Brien comments on the price support currently in the markets from dry weather concerns in U.S. crop production regions and in Argentina and Brazil, saying that the winter price lows are probably now in, during his weekly segment on the grain price trends.

00:11:30 — Telling the Stories of Farm Women:  A keynote speaker at the 2018 Women Managing the Farm Conference co-sponsored by K-State this week in Manhattan:  the founder and president of FarmHer, Marji Guyler-Alaniz, tells how her idea of publicizing the role of farm women through photography has now evolved into a large multi-media initiative.... she urges all women involved in production agriculture to tell their stories through social media and web sites.
